Sculpture THE KING

The sculpture belongs to the "QUEEN & KING" collection made with unique pieces obtained from the skilful cutting and painting of each plumose Cocus leaf planted along the roads of Sicily. It is a very elegant type of ornamental palm native to South America, also called Palma Regina.
The shape of the initial part of the leaf has anthropomorphic features enhanced by acrylic colors and paints that sublimate the extraordinary beauty of a male and female archetype personified by nature itself.
